❓ What if I am not satisfied with the repair or the technician’s behavior?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Unsatisfactory service or unprofessional behavior is not acceptable. In such cases, please call us at (587) 406-0555 or email us at info@bestserve.ca to escalate the issue.

Rest assured, our customer service team will take prompt action to resolve the problem and ensure you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

❓ What if the technician doesn’t show up or fails to reschedule?

Sometimes, our technician might be delayed due to extended service time on a previous call or unexpected traffic interruptions. In such cases, our customer support team or the technician will contact you to update you or reschedule the appointment.

However, if the technician fails to show up or does not reschedule, we understand the inconvenience and want to respect your time. In this situation, we will provide a $25 discount on your billing.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in these rare cases.

❓ What if I forget to cancel and the technician shows up?

We completely understand that sometimes things slip your mind. However, if our technician arrives and no one is available for the scheduled appointment, a $50 “No-Show” fee will apply.
This helps us cover the technician’s time, travel, and fuel costs.

To avoid this charge, please call us at (587) 406-0555 at least 3 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Yes. We offer same-day and next-day service appointments whenever possible. Availability may vary depending on your location and the type of service, but our goal is to get your appliances back up and running as quickly as possible.
